Anyone else finding the multiplayer for Fear 3 on PC to be completely broken? Half the time it can't find any games and on the rare chance it does it can never connect to them. On the rare, RARE chance you actually start a game (typically by hosting your own and waiting for a handful of people lucky enough for Join to work to show up) you end up not getting credit 90% of the time due to the game just randomly shutting down  after losing connection to the host.

I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed. I was ready to shy away from the game because FEAR 2 used Gamespy for its online matchmaking and it was  terrible, but at least you could start the damn games on it (laggy and crashy though they may be). I was hoping that by using Steamworks things would be better this time around, but not only are they worse, but there's no server list (only matchmaking) and no lobby chat either (which makes keeping the handful of people that do show up from leaving interesting as there isn't any way to tell them you're not afk, you're just waiting for more players).

Has anyone had any success with the multiplayer on PC at all?
