I see no reason to, the amount of players who would only get a chance to play it if it was on 360 is extremely high so since they can make it for 360 (and its profitable) I see no reason to deny them the chance to play what is hopefully an amazing game. It seems a bit selfish to only want it on your system for the most part, while games like Uncharted 2 look awesome on PS3 its not as if MW2 or GTA4 look ugly in comparison.

More systems means more chances for people to play it, should be on both. Also @Pazy: GTA4 is pretty ugly imo >_>

Why make it an exclusive? Unless you're a PS3 fanboy I see no reason why you should let alone think about it.

For those who don't own both systems should be able to play what I'm hoping will be a great game.

Yup cause that would give the PS3 a huge ass exclusive, and it's not like FF13 would flop. That's from a business standpoint, but making it exclusive would suck for a lot of people, so no.

Who fucking cares?  Whether or not it comes to 360 doesn't change the fact that I will play it on PS3, if I play it at all (which is doubtful).

No, I wouldn't. Although I plan on buying a PS3 just so I can play this, I don't have a problem with other people without a PS3 to play this.

A game's a game....right?  Who cares what platforms it is on.

If making it a timed exclusive allowed it to be released earlier then that would be fine by me. Otherwise, there's not much of a point to wanting it on one less platform. That is assuming there were no sacrifices made like supposedly the Japanese language track, though that ultimately seems minor and would only be prevented by their laziness or some contract of content equality.

I honestly could not care less, but fanboyism is the lamest thing ever.  Let the good games go to as many consoles that they can so everyone can enjoy them.

Either way would be fine. It'd be sort of cool if it and the next five were 360 exclusive (first six were with Nintendo, next six were with Sony, this six with Microsoft, last six with Sega when they come back :P) but does it really matter?

Most gamers, I imagine, will buy it for the PS3 only, so it might as well be an exclusive.

Keep in mind if you say yes, you'd be paying twice the price because it'll no longer be on two consoles anymore. Square-Enix would have to make up the lost revenue somehow...

It's not enough that you like PS3?  You would want to make people using other platforms suffer? 
 
A competitive market across various platforms is a healthy market economy.  You don't want monopolies.  You don't want one platform dominating every corner.

It's times like these I wish we could flag polls.

I don't care because I have both systems. Even if it was an exclusive I would play it. It is a must-play for me, no matter the system.

I'm all for exclusives if and when it results in a better game, but that probably wouldn't be the case in this instance.
