Your post confuses me. Does that mean that NA will be getting an International version or is this tied to Japan?

Hopefullly it'll be like Star Ocean 4 and have everything!  Square showed they can do a worldwide international edition this generation so they better make this outside of Japan.  I need the second batch of trophies for this game!  >.> "

Final Fantasty XIII was also influenced by Modern Warfare 2. At least, that's how some of the developers justified the linearity of the game.
