Cannot login with Safari

Safari just tells me "Please confirm you are not a robot!", but I don't see any recaptcha prompt anywhere with which to do that. In Chrome login works, as I can see the recaptcha checkbox.

Details:

Safari 14.0.2 on macOS 11.1, only extension is Ghostery.

Yeah it seems to be working now. That was odd is there something changed with iOS 14.4? Or safari?

No videos will play for me after 2/16/2021.

iPad

IOS 10.3.3

Safari/chrome

The recaptcha does not appear and I cannot play any embedded videos or download them. This is a new issue.

Foolishly tried to clear cache and data and now I can’t log back in and videos still don’t play!

I'm having some problems too. Android phone, Chrome 72.0.3626.121. There is no captcha box, videos are stuck on "loading video...", and the drop down menus don't work.

I'm having the same issue on a clean install of Chrome. Firefox mobile and Google Pixel default browser are fine.

Same problems here, on both iPad Mini (11.2.2) and iPad Pro (12.2) in Safari. Everything was working fine on the 15th; on the 16th and since, no video or audio will play, drop-down menus do not react at all, and when trying to log out and in again I have been unable to log back in.
Additionally, I tried replying to this thread about the video/audio player bug from the iPad Mini (prior to trying to log out & in again) and that post seemingly did not get through.

I am experiencing this right now. tried logging in with chrome or safari on both my tablet and my phone and it keeps asking me to confirm i'm not a robot on the captcha, but there is nothing. eventually i gave up and just started watching youtube :P

I would like to chime in and say that I was unable to login due to no captcha and the site would not play videos or do anything using the toolbar at the top of the mobile site. Sent an email on wednesday but since updating my phone to ios 14.4 earlier today, everything is working fine now. Although I do still get the "invalid csrf token" notification every first attempt to login.

I'm using Firefox, but when I login using Captcha, I've recently been getting the error message 'Invalid CSRF token' on first attempt. Subsequent attempts to log in seem to work, but I've been repeatedly getting this error on first attempt. Anyone know why?
