Cannot upload images

No matter what the source is (desktop, url, etc.) it refuses to upload. From desktop, it says the file is too large (I even tried a 8 x 8 pixel jpg to test), from URL it just show the progress bar go a tiny bit and then just does nothing.

@reverendhunt: Hey we rolled out some changes to prevent HUGE images from being uploaded and messing up our image resizer but it looks like something is wonky. Will look into it, sorry!
