Can't watch premium videos lives?

I've had this issue for about a month where I can't watch live streams of anything labelled premium? I can watch the archives fine and have no problem viewing non-premium videos live, but when trying to watch a premium live stream i just get a black screen with a loading loop forever

I've tried connecting through both the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome and keep having the same issue

I have the same thing, unfortunately. Disabled all addons. It's like the player doesn't even attempt to work - just spins for a fraction of a second and stops. It seems like it's been spotty for me since mid-year, but now... notta.
