Commenting and videos broken for me

On windows 10, in both chrome and edge, giant bomb is broken for me.

Where i could normally load and watch videos there is no play icon, or any player. This is on both the video page and home page. I have turned off adblock completely and have no weird extensions. Edge hasn't even been touched by me but has the same problem.

The comment box has missing icons much like in the problem hassun had a while back. The text entry area is stuck to only 1 line that i can type in. I would comment on hassuns existing post but typing a comment and hitting post causes nothing to happen at best, with no post appearing in the thread, or it causes an luchadeer error page to appear.

It's a weird one, i've also cleared cache and cookies to no avail. I could install firefox or something and see how that does but i'll make that a last resort. No other websites have been sharing this issue.

I'm writing via mobile since my pc wont let me. Hopefully there is an easy fix.

@mikemcn: That happens when Flash isn't available. Did you uninstall / not install it?

@edgework: I set it to be allowed to always run under plugin in chrome and it's fixed. I don't remember disabling, but thank you!

@winternet: Go to https://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html

That will usually tell you if you really have Flash enabled or not.

@edgework: You mean if it wasn't enabled I wouldn't see/use the settings manager or is there a specific thing there that I need to check?

Not the most elegant solution, but I dunno how to upload an image on the phone.

@winternet: How'd you know? Actually I did nothing. But maybe that Adobe page kicked your Flash player somehow?
