Has anyone else been getting 1 second freezes on GBW videos for a while?

For at least a few months now, all videos from GBW have these little one second freezes every couple minutes or so. This issue doesn't show up in videos from GBE or in older videos from GBW. Show up on all players including youtube, its really weird.

I get this during GBW live streams but not GBE live streams. Quick Looks and other videos are fine.

I believe this is due to a piece of equipment that we have; I know Jason has been investigating. Sorry!
