As the title says, when I try to watch videos using the HTML5 player in Chrome, it will just stop playing at random spots. The pause can last anywhere from 2-10 seconds to indefinitely. It seems to happen in some videos more than others. For example, The Need for Speed Quicklook played fine for 3/4 of the way through but then I couldn't get it to keep going. Switched to YouTube player and didn't have any issues.

@spazed545: Thanks for the support. Sounds like it could possibly be an issue with our CDN.

I checked my ping to v.giantbomb.com and the response seems fine. 75ms average.

@spazed545: Thank you. Weird. I wonder if it's related to hardware acceleration (I have an AMD proc + ATI card, and apparently it's a known issue, but it more affects frame dropping/window performance more than just stopping altogether). I had to disable hardware accel in chrome: http://ccm.net/faq/35743-google-chrome-how-to-disable-hardware-acceleration
