This time last year I got a renewal of my yearly subscription to Giant Bomb. I immediately cancelled my plan not wanting to continue to pay for the site. Yet today I've been billed $49.95 yet again. Who do I contact to get a refund? This should not be happening.
Incorrectly charged for subscription; who do I contact?
