Issue downloading Albummer 55

When I try to download any quality video of https://www.giantbomb.com/shows/albummer-55-alien-ant-farms-anthology/2970-21849/free-video I get an error page stating "Based on your subscription level, this content is unavailable" I haven't seen any issues with any other episode or any other show.

I'm also experiencing this issue with the same video. I'm still subscribed to Premium through the end of July, I think, and it doesn't seem related to my API usage since:

You have used 1 requests in the last hour for API Path '/video_shows' (reset in 55 minutes)

You have used 2 requests in the last hour for API Path '/videos' (reset in 55 minutes)

Your request rate is fine

Any ideas what might be causing this, @rorie?

Hey, sorry, I haven't found a good solution for the "your subscription level" error. I'll see if the engineers can weigh in this week.
