While I can download videos and bypass the issue or, to an extent, double tap the screen so that my browser will zoom into the webpage, watching videos on the mobile site itself does not allow fullscreen functionality. Keep in mind that I'm using the stock browser on my Samsung Galaxy S III. And, yes, I'm up very late.
