Premium Bombcast Episodes not available in HD

The past 2 Premium Bombcast episodes have not had a HD option selectable. This screws up my rss app because the episode is not playable.

In addition, it seems like the feed might use the HD video as a base, because the premium feed is generating befouled RSS. For example, the enclosure for the last couple of weeks has looked like this:

Obviously, we'd expect something more like this:

<enclosure url="//hosting-site.foo/vf_sensible_title_4000.mp4?api_key=2c...44" type="video/mp4" length="8827"/>

Maybe a test to see if the HD URI is null and fall back to lesser resolutions would help?

The HD videos should be available now.
