Refreshing comments on a video refreshes the comments but doesn't update the comment count.

Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 with Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit). As you can see from the screenshot there's more than 1 comment but it doesn't update from the first time you've loaded the page. The video in this instance is: https://www.giantbomb.com/shows/jan-pokemon-snaps-more-pictures/2970-20440
but it happens on every video for me.

It hasn't worked since the site redesign for me, in Firefox or chrome.
