Whenever I watch a live stream, such as Rorie's Puppy Stream today, every couple of seconds the stream goes down to sub 5 FPS. This lags my whole browser until it catches up and then it's fine for a few more seconds (HD and SD stream). This makes all live streams nearly unwatchable. The regular videos don't do this or any other flash video. I'm using Firefox.
