Threads created on empty forums hit General Discussion

I haven't taken the time to fully explore all of the problems, but there seems to be several issues with creating threads on wiki-attached forums.

The board listed always defaults to General Discussion on wiki-attached forums. Clicking the "more specific forum" button will instantly pop up the name of the wiki page where you clicked the "Create New Thread" button, but when you submit, it seems to go to General Discussion anyway.

I'm not entirely sure about this only occurring on empty forums, but that was the case for me and at least one other person.

I feel like this happened to me a few times now (not on empty forums).

@dudeglove: Disregard that. Totally unrelated thing.

@jslack: Clicking "Start a new topic" on ANY wiki page now defaults to General.

For example, in the Hamburger forum - the URL on the button points to http://www.giantbomb.com/hamburger/3055-9/forums/new-topic/.

Clicking on it returns this. If you select Search for a more specific forum, Hamburger will be there, but hitting Submit will still put the topic into General.

@mb: Ya, I think this was patched incorrectly. Will correct this.

Been having this issue as well, always defaults to General Discussion.
