Combine: two Silent Hill 2 pages.

I've done a bit of research, and there's no reason why Restless Dreams should count as a separate page from the main Silent Hill 2 page. It should probably be added as an alternate release, and the information there moved to the Silent Hill 2 page.

Restless Dreams contains an entire side story's worth of gameplay that the original release doesn't have.  There's enough content in the game to warrant a separate page.
