Since there's no one attached as an editor, it looks like one of the many pages created for people that existed before the site went live.  There's no way to tell what game or games he worked on, though.

Well, there's a Luis Labrador on IMDb, and it seems as if this person does something all 3D model and computery. None of the projects he is attached to are video games, however.
