Delete release: Duke Nukem 64
This topic is locked from further discussion.
" EDIT: A question: Does a digital release count as a release? Like gog.com or steam? "I count them as a release, and I think I've seen others do that as well.
I came here to make a post complaining about how Duke Nukem 64 was not just a port and should not be deleted, but now I see the problem.
Someone has misinterpreted this thread, and instead of removing the 'Duke Nukem 64' release from the Duke Nukem 3D page, they've renamed the actual Duke Nukem 64 page 'Delete', as is standard procedure for a game to be removed at a later date. :P Can someone please change that back before the page gets deleted entirely?
Despite all the improvements and modifications, it's still a port of Duke Nukem 3D. I believe there were pages for the Saturn and Game.com ports that got deleted recently. This should go the same way.
Though, somebody should move the screenshots to a N64 Screenshots folder in Duke Nukem 3D before that page gets wiped.
Some of those images are horrible. They're taken from an emulator running Duke 64 and it shows a lot of graphical errors like this grenade launcher through a wall.
" http://www.giantbomb.com/duke-nukem-3d/61-3407/releases/ The Nintendo 64 release should be deleted. Duke Nukem 64 already has its own page and differs from the PC version by a lot. EDIT: A question: Does a digital release count as a release? Like gog.com or steam? "You and whoever else nominated Duke Nukem 64, Duke Nukem Game.com and Duke Nukem for Saturn for deletion are absolute idiots that have obviously never played either game. The policy for merging games with identical names on this site is fucking retarded.
Thank god Mobygames actually has some semblance of standards and quality moderation. Jesus Christ.
Edit: If you're the one who deleted the whole ports section on that page, you're the worst person I've ever met.
