@bobcat1794: Click start new topic (obviously), then on the top right above the WYSIWYG window, you'll see a big red button which reads "Create a poll instead?" You want to hit that, and there you go!

There is a weird bug that means it doesn't show up if you create a thread from an individual game forum. You need to create it from the Newest Topics page. You can still attach it to a specific page by clicking the "want to attach this to a specific page instead?" link and searching for the page you were trying to create it on.
