Question/suggestions regarding Steam achievement dates

My Steam achievements are correctly picked up by GB so far, but they're not dated and as such don't show up on my "Recent achievements" page. 
 
Now, AFAIK my Steam profile doesn't show the real achievement dates, so it's kind of understandable. Yet I was wondering whether it'd be possible to store them with the day GB picked them up, so they'd correctly appear as "first class citizens" in the achievements timeline.

I'm not really keen on that, because the date Giant Bomb grabs them may not be the same as when they were actually obtained. In fact, it could be extremely inaccurate. Leaving it blank means that if Steam ever starts sharing that information, it would be easier to replace the non-existent dates with the correct ones retroactively and then never have to worry about them again once they have dates.
