Do your parents play videogames?

Sorta. He owns a Xbox 360, but he hasn't really had the time to play any games in a long time.

Last game my dad played was Super Mario Bros for the SNES. He only played one level, said he liked it, and has never touched a controller since. He is still shocked at the scope of games there are now though. Splinter Cell and GTA IV to be specific. My mom can't stand games on the other hand.

Nope. My dad played  Wii sports for 10 minutes when I first bought it and never played a video game since.

They play Wii Sports sometimes =P

My parents wouldn't know how to start up a console.

My mom plays The Sims 2 like no one else. She plays it for hours at a time every single day. My dad plays the NCAA football games on my 360 and he also likes Mario Kart Wii and Wii Sports.

My dad plays Pac-man and a bit of halo but not much more then that.

Last game my dad played was Aladdin for the SNES, and allegedly my mom had an Atari as a kid.

My dad plays the new Call of Duty every year.

My dad actually plays more video games than I do on a regular basis. He's a little too into Halo 3's multiplayer and I probably should confront him and get him a psychologist.

My parents has no interest, whatsoever in gaming.

My dad used to play games like Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance on co-op with me. Now I can't find a good hack n' slash game on the 360, so I haven't played videogames with him in awhile. My mom probably has never even touched a controller.

My dad and both of my uncles do.  All of them also have Xbox LIVE accounts and my friends love them for that.  They usually get beaten, but they have fun while playing.  2 of my friends' dads also have Xbox LIVE accounts and play video games.

My family used to all play the Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt cart together, but my Dad just plays Solitaire now.

My mum plays the poker machines down at the pub instead of buying and cooking dinner.  I asked her if she wanted to go on a picnic but she asked me for a loan of five dollars instead.

Haha no.  My mother never got into video games.  She also thinks it's a bad habit of mine.  My dad used to play Pong when that came out but that was the last time.  I've tried to have him play more current games and it's always a hilarious failure.  He's far more supportive of my hobby.
