Not scared, exactly, but System Shock 2 could definitely give me the heebie jeebies. The first time I stepped out into the wasteland in Fallout 3, as well, I felt a very intense sense of apprehension, too.
The Fear games have always done this to me. Dead space and System shock scared me till i got to the point where i had progressed my character so he was fucking unstoppable, Similiar story with resident evil games.

Oh man i agree with that, Diablo Fucked me up. Granted i played it when i was like 8-9. The Butcher scared the crap outta me then i replayed the opening of the game over and over using the exploit till my character was level 30 then went over and 1shot him.
Siren Blood curse, My brother brought it over so i started playin it, and the first bit freaked me out so much i had nightmares for weeks and there was a point were i had to give it back and i was scared to get it out of the ps3 in case it started playing again. that game seriously messed me up
Clock tower 3, the stage where you see the little girl get murdered with a sledgehammer then get chased around by that guy is shocking. I was ten and that game was shit scary.

When I was really young I was terrified of getting killed playing the original Tomb Raider. I loved the puzzles and platforming stuff but whenever some dude ran at me with a gun I would totally freak out. Same for Metal Gear Solid - every time I got spotted by a guard or camera I had a total panic attack.

I remember playing it really late at night with headphones on. As I walked to my room (which was in a granny flat outside the house so I had to go through the pitch black backyard), a fucking possum leapt out of the bushes in front of me. Scared the living hell out of me
Condemned scared me.. I actually can't play horror video games because I just can't hack the jumpyness. It's weird because i'm absolutely fine with horror movies, just not the video games :S
My first scare was probably at a friend house playing Alone in the Dark. I was watching him play most of the time but that game freaked me out. I still remember the beginning of the game where you have to push a chest over a trap and block a window to prevent a zombie/wolf attack.
We were living pretty close to each other but when I was going home and it was dark outside it was a "run like hell" moment. Good times, good times...
What he said. Also the second one might not have made me get scared, but the bear part. Oh I know, spoilers, boo-hoo, if nobody has beaten the game yet, it's their own damn fault..
Also, some parts in F.E.A.R Especially the first like 10 minutes (or whatever) of the game.. When you get smacked in the face with a piece of wood by Paxton Fettel..
hmm. The original Silent hill and origins creep me out. The movie has the same feeling but it's never scary. I was shock scared by RE4 on the wii once when I flipped around manually and my entire screen was filled by a guy about to attack me who had snuck up behind. I also have a phobia of plants cause of super mario advance. Frickin piranha plants.
