Personally I have about 500 games. Which, taking in account that I play from start to finish about twelve games per year, will last me more than 40 years to playthrough roughly. ahah
How many games do you have in your collection?
Uhm, somewhere between 130-150. That's just counting this modern generation including PS3, 360, Wii, 3DS, Vita and PC.
Made a list about my library (141 titles but not including multiple copies, also weird combinations of pokemon you can double cause I have BOTH) and update whenever I get a new one. I sold a lot of games back in high school and didn't recently start collecting and keeping every game till last year or so. I regret some of the games I sold so I'm slowly rebuying games to accurately build my collection to what it should be today. Also I've been very nostalgic and want to get older systems and then start collecting for those, but I got to start somewhere and that is this generation.

I have only added current gen, some of my portables, and some of my PC stuff.
There are some outliers from prior gens, but I still need to add most of my PS2, DC and GC stuff. Then we get back to PSX era stuff like my PSX and 3DO. Then the rest of my PC stuff.
So....I have no idea. I'll say more than 237, though.
This is kind of comforting to know that I'm not the only person with 300-400 video games. Is anyone else discouraged that they might not get to play all the games they want, I know I am.
Hard to say. It would certainly be bigger if I didn't always sell them. I know I have more then 50 games, that's including both physical and digital. I'm trying to build a bigger library of games but I only want them to be games I loved, so I usually sell all the average ones.
At least 100 Xbox 360 games on disc and 50 XBLA games. Then maybe a combined total of 30 Wii and Xbox games. Around 200 Steam games but who doesn't have that many?
Counting downloaded games from Steam, XBLA, GOG, Wii VC and PSN I'm probably just under 100. I only keep games that I know I'll replay. Even then, I sometimes sell consoles games with the knowledge I can get get it for next to nothing on Steam at a later date.
Considering how many video games I've bought or was given in my 20-odd years at this hobby, the number is pretty small.
Somewhere between 635 and 745, I guess? Yeah, Backloggery's not so helpful with exact numbers ever since adding compilation and DLC tracking.
6, and I should probably get rid of those. I don't collect games, I just play them. I suppose I had a de facto collection for a while, because I didn't know what to do with them, but I finally brought them all into gamestop on one of those bonus trade in weekends, got several hundred dollars in credit that lasted me a long time. Since then I've traded in through Amazon, since I can use the money for anything, like the Series of Unfortunately Events boxed set for my daughter. And even that I regret, should have just gotten it on Kindle for her. Not a problem the last 2 years, all Steam all the time.
According to my Backloggery account I have 243. I really wish I hadnt got rid of my older games when I was young, I would love to still have all my old Mega Drive games.
