If there was a job opening at Valve or Epic Games, which would you take?

Valve, they seem alot more relaxed over there and its obvious they have alot of talent!

What's so special about Epic?

I don't know, some how clone myself and then i get to work at both.
 
But i'd take the epic games one. 
Then in a few years or so go and try and work for valve.

Option C: Bungie LLC.

If I got to choose. Valve. I just enjoy their games more, and they seem like a more of a fun bunch.

Epic, because it would ruin the magic of playing Valve game if I worked there.

Valve... fuck epic. Where is my port of gears of war 2 on pc? Valve is brilliant.

Gabe Newell is one of my personal role models so Valve for me. 

Epic because they're only a few states away. I'd prefer Bethesda or Irrational though.

Valve. Also, why isn't Blizzard on here? Why these two specific companies? As somebody who enjoys art, I feel Blizzard has some of the best artists and I'd love to learn from them.

Valve, they let you work on any project they're doing.

Valve, just for the hell of it. Either one would be good, though, since it'd give me leverage when trying to get a job as a game reviewer.

Neither make games I like a whole lot, so.. I'll stick with the film industry.

A job's a job, but if I could pick I would take Valve.

Epic has flown down the way of the toilet since Unreal 2004, so, Valve, by light-years.

I'd imagine that Epics' work consists of a lot of boring engine twinkering.

Valve. I wouldn't have to stress over deadlines.

There's a whole lot of considerations that go into any new job. But for fun I'll ignore reality and say Valve. The chance to get paid and see Half Life 3 before the rest of the world. Well that would be just fine.

There's obviously very little time pressure on projects at valve.

Depends what the job is for. But in terms of my favourite company, I would work with Valve, without hesitation. There are some real geniouses in there and would be honored to work with em.
