All I got, thank god, was Kotor 2 for $2.50.

I've been playing it again, and it still holds my attention like few other games can. Especially with the restored content.

Steam Sales:

Arkham City GOTY - $14.99 (first day of sale, stupid me should have waited in case of additional price drop, which it is now)

Sonic Generations - $7.49

Amazon Sales:

Syndicate (pc) - $7.99

Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition (x360) - $19.99

I'm still hoping that Steam will have Retro City Rampage and/or Dark Souls on a 75% off sale before it ends.

  • KOTOR 2
  • Audiosurf
  • The Witcher 2
  • The Walking Dead
  • Dead Island GOTY
  • Max Payne 3
  • Borderlands 2 (actually from Amazon, but I would have gotten it anyway)

  • Dragon Age Origins Ultimate (I haven't even beaten this on 360!)
  • QUBE

And from Amazon I got both Bioshock games, and got Forza Horizon on 360. And a nice pair of gaming headphones (Turtlebeach X12's). So that's gonna be one busy Christmas break...

Civ 5: Gods & Kings and that's it.

And that's only because  I pretty much own all the other stuff already from previous sales (except some of the newer indie "junk").
Is it bad being able to look at a sale and go "Meh, already own it" all those days in a row?... That's bad, isn't it?

I can't speak for Sonic Generations or They Bleed Pixels, but the others are all excellent choices. Particularly if you like adventure games, Book of Unwritten Tales is a refreshingly adventure-ass adventure game.

I finally decided to get round to putting Steam on my current PC (which I got back in February for my Birthday) and redeeming a copy of Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai my brother gifted me ages ago. Decided to pick up the Base version of Shogun 2 for £8.49 and the Blood pack DLC (because hee hee, Samurai lopping dudes limbs off is always fun) for like, 33p?

I love the TW games, but held off on Shogun until I had a computer that could run it decently. Excited to get stuck into it!

I got;

Max Payne 3 for £7.50

and

Batman Arkham City GOTY Edition for £5.00

Best £12.50 I have ever spent, as I am enjoying both more so than I EVER did when I rented them for the Xbox 360 earlier in the year.

Smoother, faster, prettier...better.

Would anyone be willing to purchase the Bioshock dual pack ($5) for me from Amazon and send me the steam keys? I will obviously reimburse you via Paypal, but since live in Canada I cannot purchase downloads from Amazon. I am aware there are ways around this, however something about setting up accounts with fake addresses and Credit card info doesn't seem right to me. I'd rather trust the GB community.

Oh yeah, and I picked up Deus X, Rage, and Dear Esther to add to my ever growing backlog of games from steam.

Nothing really grabbed me as I already owned most of it. I ended up getting:

  • Batman Arkham City GOTY
  • Magicka DLC Bundle
  • Awesomenauts - Disco Voltar Skin

No real desire to play the Batman game, but it was cheap so I said what the fuck. Same with the Magika DLC.

Arkham City for $7.50.

Darksiders 2 for $22(including all DLC) from Amazon, but steam code

Prototype 2 for 7.50 from Amazon, but steam code.

I was going to get Dishonored from GMG for 22.50 but I had just bought a copy for 360 for 12 bucks(29.99 original price - $20 giftcard).

Non-steam

Syndicate for 5 bucks on Amazon.
