I too have noticed the fall of in-house produced video, but I have written it off as "momentarely" due to the moving and stuff. Sure hope I am wrong, though.

It's sad and true, but I am now going to Destructoid for everything. Not for the membership deal being pushed down our throats, oh no, it's because I don't want to encourage the staff of dickheads to boss around their user base.

I will agree that other then the odd bombcast I haven't enjoyed the site as much as I have in the past. There just doesn't seem to be anything interesting happening all that often, but I'm not going to be a chicken little an run around saying the sky is falling. I'm just not happy with a lot of the decisions that have been made recently.

ya, i for one enjoy Will and Norm a lot. Im pretty sure i love every single person who works for whiskey media. They just seem to hire the coolest people.

They have Will and Norm. Go back and check out the PC Gamer mags of the past and you will see that the two are awesome additions to Whiskey. Seriously, they make being nerdy look good. And what do you want people? Invisible barriers to keep them out of mailbag videos? My God.

edit: Nvm, it turned out to be a 23 year old girl posing as a 13 year old. When I met her some dateline guy told me to sit down at this table, we chatted and had some lemon-aid. 

The only thing I'll truely agree with is that I saw a stupid ad today for some media player. They did however turn into Halo Reach ads after.

The site will still continue to maintain it's different and fresh attitude towards games. I just don't see the crew suddenly changing just because of the recent events. And in all honesty, that's all I need to still hang out here. Jeff is awesome, and we will remain so. Ryan is insane and will continue to fill your head with random spews of hilarity. Everyone else does their job really well, at the very least better than any other gaming website.
 
All in all, what were most people expecting? For what it's worth, the guys have gone on exceedingly long without wanting anything from the community, but there's always a limit when it comes to income. They just reached it. Nothing good in life is free, and this should be no exception.
