What's your favorite thing to kill?

Nazis, zombies, terrorists, orcs, aliens; there are general baddies that can be depended on to appear on multiple games or as an interchangeable evil. So my question is which one is your personal favorite? What can you depend on to be squishy enough for your tastes?
 
I personally prefer the many-ethnic terrorists, specially those in the variety and way presented in the Uncharted games. They pose a good challenge and can overwhelm you with conventional weapons and tactics. I guess a special shout out for mixing it up goes to the RE 4 ethnical "zombies" that spoke spanish, I actually enjoyed those being mexican, they insulted you and even warned when they were behind you (english speakers would be mauled but me I'd turn around and thank them)

One of my biggest pet peeves in Fallout 3 was the fact that you couldn't blast off the annoying runts at the kid city. "

I would say Zombies. Not the Left 4 Dead ones though, the Dead Rising ones (without the retarded "super Zombies at night" thing). Most accurate description for me would be World War Z / Zombie Survival Guide zombies. Those are the best ones. Slow but unrelenting.
 
Other than that...umm, Humans in general I guess. Rollercoaster Tycoon was unexpectedly awesome for that (Deleting the last boardwalk under about 100+ people, watching them all drown, after they finally piss you off).

Well I mean... I want them to be realistic. Too bad the whole 'Zombie genre' has died out and if a company makes another one everyone will headbutt their desks.
By realistic I mean graphics, sounds, animations, and atmosphere. I want a Zombie game that can scare me, and makes you want to run more than shoot everything you see. Left 4 Dead was a big disappointment to me because it was just 'KILL KILL KILL' because suddenly you're a pro with any kind of big ass shotgun, machine gun or sniper rifle you find now that there's a Zombie outbreak. I do like killing Zombies in general, I liked the old Resident Evil ones and I'm wondering about getting 5.

I like killing... people, too. Like people in Hitman, not just anyone. The concept of Hitman is really cool and makes the game fun to play, if only I enjoyed the actual levels a bit more.
