Worthwhile T-rated games?

I've got some Gamestop credit and will be on a school trip this weekend with a stop at the mall. Being underage, I can't buy any M games. Any recommendations for good T-rated (or E) western RPG/open world action games on either the Xbox 360 or DS? Or would I be better off just getting an MS Points card?

Edit: Nevermind, didn't see you only had a 360 and DS.The only good T-rated RPG for the DS is The World Ends With You. And I don't think you'll have much luck finding it at a GS.

Batman: Arkham Asylum

If u had a PS3, this would be easy, Uncharted 2, but on Xbox, IDK, i guess Shadow Complex and Castlevania Symphony of the Night on XBLA.

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West was pretty good. Lots of great titles on XBLA though.

I was just at Babbages and this one kid got this over eighteen guy to buy him a mature rated game. I felt like I was at the liquor store. Hell, I would have bought it for him.

Alan Wake is rated T, also. 
 
That genre is sort of empty of T-rated games. Western RPGs are ALL pretty much M-Rated right now, as are most open-world games. The main reason for this, basically, is because the M-Rated open world games offer too many more features than the T-Rated games.

Some older copies of Oblivion are rated T, so thats an open world rpg you might like. Neverwinter nights 2 is also rpg rated T...... really all I can think of.

Picross 3D? Can't recommend Arkham Asylum enough. Burnout: Hot Pursuit.

You know, I have some cousins whose mother is not keen on them playing M-rated games, and they seem to love Wheelman. But really, how can you go wrong with Vinny-D? "

Batman, Alan Wake.  Skate 3 is a great game with tons of hours of entertainment if you even slightly like how skateboarding looks when you're watching it.

I would recommend Infamous since it's a fantastic open-world action game that's rated T, but alas, you don't have a PS3.

Tales of Vesperia seems to get some praise, but I think that is a JRPG

To everyone who recommended Arkham Asylum: that is the second best game ever, IMO.
I think I'll just get some MS points. Torchlight is coming out on Xbox next month. Thanks anyway.
