I have a bit of a suggestion....maybe you could link post ratings to rank?
eg- if a certain post gets 3 negative marks, then they remove a point from their profile.

That doesn't mean we can't ban people, though...it just means it isn't as easy as clicking a button. No one is in line to be banned for previous behavior...remember, there were no rules when the site first came online, and there are only general guidelines now.

Not having rules is one thing....but the images I saw on this site were disgusting. It has kept people from coming here...which seems counterproductive. Not to mention porn can you sued.
