Gamespy Debriefings hating on the Bombcast

It would probably be best to just ignore his comments entirely - don't give the dude any more attention, since apparently he thrives on it. I'm sure Jeff and the guys aren't losing sleep over it.

They did for publicity. I mean how many people here googled "gamespy debriefings" and listened to the lastest pod? I did.
 
They want more listeners, look at the comments for episode 141, there's 20 comments and they're ALL spam.

The Gamespy Debriefings can be quite funny on occasion, but it probably spends the least amount of time talking about games out of all the podcasts I listen to.  It's really a stupid humor show now with video games just being a jumping-off point for goofball humor.  I wouldn't pay any attention to anything they say since everything seems to be a (good or bad) joke.  I take everything they say with a grain of salt.  I listen to it because Ryan Scott (formerly of GFW Radio) is on it still.

I don't understand why you would a person on your podcast that is always a douchebag or is always playing a douchebag.  I guess it might get people talking about that podcast but it's not a favorable impression he leaves.

There's no need to jump to Giantbomb's defense at every single perceived insult. It happens with far too much frequency, and it's getting a tad bit disheartening.

Never listened to the show, but my first reaction to this was: "Who cares? Fuck 'em." Don't need to have a nerd cock fight because some loser is jealous of people I admire and enjoy listening to.

I mean I know some games still use Gamespy sometimes (don't know why exactly) but I didn't think Gamespy was relevant anymore. I cant make comments to what the guy said, as I haven't heard it, but sounds like they are trying hard to stay irrelevant.

The only podcast I enjoyed to the level of the Bombcast was GFW Radio, and as a non-PC gamer, I enjoyed that for the most non-gaming-related stuff.
