I'd say IMDB or Rottentomatoes. Both have forums, I'm not sure how active they are but check them out. Yahoo Movies has a lot of reviews but not much conversation about movies.

IMDb's forums are probably some of the worst on the internet. A site like this though with forums and a large Wiki section would be fabulous.
I've never used them. These are the only forums I use, but I really like RottenTomatoes. That's the site I always go to read reviews. BTW I really want to go see Burn After Reading.
I've never been on the RT forums, but the site itself is pretty cool. And yeah, I too would like to see Burn After Reading. Just a shame it's still not out for a while here in the UK.

We have Comic Vine which is about...comics. And Political Base which is about...(you guessed it) politics. Other ideas are in the works but they take time.
