So I went out in my T-Shirt and shorts and ran, when I got back After 15 mins I wanted to die, Mabey -1 degrees is not the best jogging weather. Also, if you're brooding about your best friend being beat to death and you want to beat said friend-killer to death himself....NOTHING surpasses this:
Good workout music?
More songs maybe for you?

If its chilly be sure to wear an athletic shirt and song long gym pants. It will take awhile befor eyou get to a routine and you might feel sore for a few days but you'll get over it
Anything that's a little bit on the heavier side, Electro works wonders for me. Off the top of my head I'd suggest the following:
- Daft Punk
- Danger
- Mr Flash
- Fake Blood
- MSTRKRFT
- Justice
- Stardust
- Kavinsky
- Digitalism
- Sebastian
- The Bloody Beetroots
- Boys Noize
- Mr. Oizo
This is gonna sound a bit weird, but shitty pop music works for me, like Katy Perry or Ke$ha. This music is up tempo enough to work.
Check out the soundtrack of any (recent?) Sonic game. I'm telling you, these tracks really get you in the mood for moving your body.

Motivation GET
Damn right! I listen to this song when I'm bench pressing.
Typically I run and do cardio to fast music. I have a lot of hip hop on my playlist but I mix that up with fast rock, ska and punk music as well. When I'm lifting, though, I need the heaviest metal and rock stuff I can find. Any music that sounds like you're banging metal together adds to the workout. What I also like to do, and this is cheesy as hell but I'm in a sharing mood, is listen to "hero" songs. Any song that makes you feel like a badass action hero/superhero is super effective for when you're lifting weights. Play the Superman theme and then proceed to do a military press set. Do it. It's awesome.
EDIT: Also @Hizang, kudos to you for wanting to get into shape. Stick with it for long enough and you will never regret being fit.
