Jeff in 20 years

Orange are running a "Futureself" thing at the moment where you can post a selfie of yourself and it will created an animated 3D avatar of what they believe you will look like in 20 years. I threw a picture of Jeff up in there just for fun and this is what happened.

They also have a little turing-test chat window where you can "chat" with your future self. In Jeff's case I think it's pretty spot on:

I know a lot of games have attempted to do this kind of "Face transferral" stuff and I can't really recall any that have been able to do so successfully, so I'm not particularly surprised. Though I guess that depends on how you quantify "success". Actually, there was that one UFC game which did a pretty good job. I know that gif is around here somewhere...

I like how the facial hair is basically identical to present day, but nearly everything else makes him look like a goblin from the Lord of the Rings movies.

I still love that UFC .gif though. Aside from the head looking a touch too big they really nailed that one.

I like how it put him in casual old man clothes. He looks sharp and snappy. Obviously at some point in the next 20 years Jeff decides to forgo his fashion sense and become a goober.

I think your face collapsing in on itself is the scariest part of getting older.

I hope you guys know getting old is just a way of life. Someday all are faces will develop a wormhole right where our noses are and implode in on itself. That's just the way its gotta be.
