Just got a concusion, is it true you shouldnt fall asleep?

I just got a concusion (threw up, dizzy, 9 yards) and I heard I shouldnt fall asleep, it that shit true cause its like 11:30 and Im tired

No, you can fall asleep. You will not die.

You should freaking go to the hospital, if you haven't already. And no, don't fall asleep. Since that might not be possible, see if you can get someone to wake you up every few hours to make sure everything is okay.

You are supposed to stay awake so that people can gauge any neurological damage you may have received.  Obviously, if you are asleep, no one can see if you are suffering from dizziness, slurred speech or double vision.

Doing a quick google search on the city you listed on your profile, you either live in Europe or Canada (from what I gather) so you should take advantage of that health care, man. lol.

You couldn't ask the doctor who diagnosed you with a concussion that? Seems that would have been the best source to confirm it with.

Um, when seeking medical attention, don't consult the internet.  Not even WebMD. I had a rash once, they told me I had pancreatic cancer.
