I don't even know what is going on in that movie...something about aliens sucking the life out of heroin addicts while having orgasms.

Another ballot in the Eraserhead box.
Although I know I'm forgetting the actual winner: some Japanese horror film, I believe it was.
@Bloodfarts: Visitor Q wins by a mile in my book. I'm astounded at the marvels/horrors that Takashi Miike is willing to blend together in his films. You can see the humor in it, but in the end you're still watching a guy commit necrophilia after the corpse has shit everywhere. Also the first time I can say I've seen convincing (real?) milking on screen.
Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I don't watch many weird movies, even if by purpose or not.
What DO ALIENS DO IN AN INDY FILM ANYWAY?

Meet the Feebles
More disturbing than weird, but still weird
Here's the trailer to prove my point.
How the fuck did Peter Jackson do....that?
Alabama's Ghost would fit the off putting thread title of "most weirdest".
If Donnie Darko and The Shining are the "most weirdest" films you have seen then you haven't been introduced to Korean cinema, blaxploitaion, J-Horror, or even something as mainstream as Cronenberg.
I forgot it's name, but the weirdest movie I have ever seen was a japanese one where some guys called Akira could write the names of people in a journal and those people would die. All I remember is that the main character's name was Light Yagami, and his main foe was Mister L .
The Kevin Smith film Red State, was to put it mildly, totally fucked up. However, very enjoyable film.
You're thinking of Death Note, based on the popular manga series.
Here are some out-of-left-field weird movies:
I submit Ernest Goes to Jail. It might not as disturbing as Cronenberg, but it's pretty surreal. I guess all the Ernest movies could be considered weird on some scale, but in this one he GETS THE CHAIR. Also he has an evil twin.
Howard the Duck, Monkeybone, and the Whoopi Goldberg vehicle Theodore Rex are also up there.
Maybe I'm just thinking it's weird that these are actually movies...
Antichrist
Beautifully shot LSD trip of a film featuring talking foxes, female circumcision and William Dafoe ejaculating blood.
Possibly The Room or Birdemic. Or Erasurehead.
The first two are worth investigating for comedy value. Erasurehead is just AWFUL.
wow, salo is a really strong movie, ii'r raw, the holy mountain is great!salo: 120 days of sodom
the holy mountain
naked lunch
Meet The Feebles, The Man Who Fell to Earth, and Man With The Screaming Brain. It's been awhile since I've seen Man With The Screaming Brain, so it might not seem as weird to me now.
