Well I don't think it's strange but honestly it's not worth worrying about if other people think it's weird or not, if you're cool with something and it's not hurting anybody else then just go for it, it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks. As for the girl herself, if you like her then tell her, even if you do wait a little bit before doing so.

Okay if someone gives you hints that they are hot online.... they arent

Anyway, if true, that "hotness' you get from her is probably you having something in common (I could only speculate) and you relating to her as a (dare I say) human being. It's because who people are is more important than how they look.
 
You'll learn that when your older (or you wont, some dudes don't).
 
Anyway, since you use face punch and make childish topics on forums I would suggest not bothering with a long distance relationship over the internet and settling for meeting a girl in real life. That would probably work out better for you. Just a guess though, I'm divorced- I am not the best at relationship advice.

Sounds like you get on well, why the urge to take it further? Friendships are a wonderful thing. And if you feel you must try and make something happen with this girl, well then use skype. Skype is ideal for a scenario like this. 
 
But remember, if you are going to pull on your junk in a video chat make sure your face is not visible on cam while you do so. People do enjoy a good photo edit thread around here (almost as much as one asking for relationship advice) and you don't want to provide any fuel for what would be your virtual funeral pyre.

I'm not even going to read the situation here. Whatever. If you like her enough, and if you feel like it's worth your time pursuing her, go for it. Ask for her number, see if she wants to hang out sometime. 
If not, fuck it. Maybe she'll be a really cool friend of yours.
