Seriously, the lack of maturity by people in this thread is absolutely appaling. And I'm not talking about everyone, just the idiots that keep spamming the - button on normal responses and the + button on the replies from all the idiots. I honestly think that it's time that GB gets rid of the rating system because it's constantly being abused by a bunch of morons and twats who have yet to grow their first pube. I hate seeing Giant Bomb and the good people on it getting dragged down by all these fucktards who have nothing better to but attempt to ruin the community.

There are just higher priorities right now, plain and simple.  You guys have to keep in mind that the engineers are not only working on Giant Bomb and Comic Vine, but another site as well.  In addition to that, most users that visit the site don't post on the forums.  So while it may be a high priority to people like us, overall I think removing the rating system is now pretty low on the triage list.

That is just saying that people with higher post counts are more important than those with smaller post counts and that is not true at all."

I say the rating system stays and remains unchanged!
