The most I can put up is 176lbs and I'm 5'9 134lbs my self. Post your bench, age, height, and weight. Oh, I dis this on DECLINE not FLAT!
What's the most you can bench press?
225 at one point, long ago. I haven't benched in something like four years.
I was 6'5, 220 lbs. back then. I'm slightly more round these days.
"A couple thousand pounds. I'm somewhere in the 7 foot range, 500 pounds. Realistically, the diameter of my forearm probably exceeds your waist. But in all seriousness, ya, I could pretty much destroy you."I am also a Space Marine.
"TheSmilingDude said:I usually buy a drinky bird to mash the "skip this damn cutscene" button."Wtf are people doing pressing benches when you can sit on 'm and play videogames. "What else are you supposed to do in a cutscene?"
"Most people will instinctively lie / exaggerate their max."I can bench press a flatbed of solidified testosterone.
Bench press is an anachronism, a trial passed on through the generations prior to the Internet and Jolly Rancher soda.
I can't bench press a ton; on the other hand I can car press around 5000 and, on a good day, steamroll press 13 tons.
I'm 20, 6'1", 190lb, and the most i've ever benched was 275 on flat bench. decline serves no purpose unless you are an athlete, playing football or wrestling, otherwise, if you're not benching incline just as much you will look like you have man boobs. besides, decline is SUPER EASY i can probably do like 350 on that right now and i haven't even touched decline since high school.
but i never maxed out since i last tried maxing out in high school. who knows i might be able to do way more. i know i could more today, but the only working out i do now is sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, running, and swimming. i can do 60 push-ups in one minute, I consider that to be my max nowadays. I'm working on doing 72 push-ups in one minute.
