It's not really much of a contest, Wolverine can't die (unless apparently if you chop off his head with a particular sword and then take it halfway around the world). Since Wolverine managed to regenerate after being caught in a nuclear blast that left only his skeleton intact I don't think there's much the Hulk could do.

In some of his older stories he's a badass. I remember it took him a month to heal after getting stabbed by Silver Samurai, back when he was more vulnerable. That's when he was a ton of fun-in fact, that whole story was great. Fighting SS and the japanese mafia and a crapton of ninjas was great.
Hulk. Hulk is stronger than nearly everyone in the Marvel universe, including most immortals, and he DOES heal. As TheFreeMan pointed out, Wolverine's joints could not be encased in metal, or else he could not move. Hulk would tear him to shreds, and throw the pieces into space. I'm sorry, but limitless strength and durability win, especially since his abilities only grow stronger as he gets angrier.

Neon pretty much just summed up why the movie was garbage. Nothing can go through adamantium except the Muramasa Blade, and why the hell is Deadpool Weapon XI when it's actually Wolverine's son? Good thing they made the game awesome.

I absolutely hate where Wolverine's healing powers have evolved to over the years. His healing factor used to be limited... but now they made it so he can even regrow his damn heart. But still.... read World War Hulk, pretty much all of Marvel's earth heroes couldn't stop him from doing whatever he wanted. And that included Wolverine.

He would have to somehow make Wolverine bleed to death by holding him in one hand, and keep cutting his skin with the other while Wolverine keeps healing. So I think Hulk would win, but it'd take a while.

That's from the Ultimate Universe, whatever happens in that universe doesn't affect the 616 (main) universe counter parts, which is what I'm assuming is the discussion.
But everyone who voted Wolverine is wrong. World War Hulk has Hulk beat every Marvel character. He beats the X-Men, Tony Stark/Iron Man, Ghost Rider, Avengers, Doc Samson, Fantastic 4, Hercules, Dr Strange, Scorpion, and a few others. He even makes Iron Man and Mr Fantastic fight to the death for a while until he calls it off. So Hulk wins.

If you mean in terms of physical strength, then maybe. But don't be fooled by the conceit that Hulk is the most powerful being in the Marvel Universe, because that's just plain wrong.
A healing factor and unbreakable skeleton doesn't make Wolverine invulnerable to damage. It just makes him able to recover from it quicker than most. Wolverine can still be hurt like any normal person and therefore every hit he takes from the Hulk is going to push that healing factor of his into overdrive to heal him so he is able to continue the fight.
Wolverine used to be a great character until Marvel made him basically invincible. I mean he was disentagrated and still came back, that's how ridiculous his character has become. I'm gonna have to go with the Hulk because in the golden age of comics if he ripped wolverine in fucking half that would be the end of this discussion.

How long would it take for Wolverine to regenerate after being ripped in half? If it's like a day or something, then Hulk wins. If it's like a minute, Wolverine wins.
Check here and here for issue numbers and how the fights played out. There are bigger geeks than most of us out there who keep track of this things. Personally, I think Hulk wins because Hulk is strongest of them all.
