Why do older, slightly gay seeming married men like 17 year old girls?

 My school is weird.

Last year, my very own homeroom teacher got busted for having sexual relations with a student.  Should've realized this earlier- she always was with him in his office.

And tday I found out that another teacher (male) got busted for sending a naked picture of himself to a student in the classroom (Id imagine they were doing it too). (and the worst part is that people were forwarding it- i got it)

What the hell is with the slightly gay seeming married dudes in my school liking younger girls?

These types of cases seem to be getting very common. In one my schools a female teacher got busted for being with a 16 year old previous student.

Being an 'older, slightly effeminite and seemingly married man', I would like to say that men are men and getting older makes many of them want to prove they 'still have it'.  It is probably about ego and conquest.
