Im pretty sure he means the people who live their (the gangsters).  And I have to say I agree.  I grew up in an area with gangs, and it's not exactly positive.  They think eveything is against them and they are so bitter.
No one should argue in support for them.  It's rediculous"

One phrase that really bugs me is "No homo"

Like saying no homo after a phrase thats considered homosexual automatically makes it not homo.

Such and such is "made of win" or such and such is "made of fail".  Stupidest internet phrases ever. 

I've got a few:

• Using Internet lingo in an actual spoken conversation.  You don't have to say you just LOL'ed or ROFL'ed.  That's just silly.  Either laugh or don't.   And for Pete's sake, don't say things like, "Pwned," "noob," or any other Internet phrase when you're actually talking to someone.  I know you're all smarter than that.  Come up with something a little more descriptive and intelligent to say.  If you think someone's being a noob, give 'em good information on why, not just criticism.
• Guesstimate.
• Literally, when it's used wrong.  "Literally" means that whatever you're describing actually happened.  So therefore, saying "My mouth is literally on fire from those jalapenos" would mean that the jalepenos set your mouth on actual fire.  Instead, the word you're looking for is "figuratively," or possibly "metaphorically."  Now, if you'd said, "That dude drank so much prune juice he literally crapped his pants," I might have a better time believing it.
