Ibn al-Nafis Visual Novel is a visual novel game based on the 13th-century Arab polymath Ibn al-Nafis, a doctor, theologian, lawyer, and novelist, best known for discovering the pulmonary circulation of the blood, as well as for writing the proto-science-fiction theological novel Theologus Autodidactus.

The game was created by Japanese doujin indie developer Ramadan Soft.

Set in 13th-century Egypt, the plot, revolves around a Plague sweeping across the capital city of Cairo and the doctor Ibn al-Nafis attempting to do what he can to find a cure for the epidemic.
