So I'm really enjoying Just Cause 3 so far, but noticed something very weird. There seems to be, at least in the areas I've ventured, to be very little to no marine life in the waters. Has anyone seen anything? With how gorgeous the game is and especially the underwater areas, you'd think there'd be some neat marine life going on.

That would cost a lot of processing power for a game that already doesn't work well on consoles.

Obviously a plot by the dictator to control the population's food supply.
