Chibiterasu

Chibiterasu is the protagonist of Okamiden: Chiisaki Taiyo. Chibiterasu is much younger and less powerful than his mother, Amaterasu the sun goddess.
Kuni

The awkward son of Susano and Kushi, he serves as one of Chibiterasu's partners throughout the game.
Kurow

An eccentric young man who claims to be from another land, saying he arrived in Nippon on "a shooting star." He bears remarkable resemblance to Waka, the mysterious prophet from Okami, and accompanies Chibiterasu for much of his journey.
Manpuku

A portly fellow with an enormous appetite. He accompanies Chibiterasu after Chibi "saved" him from starvation.
Nanami

A mermaid who serves the Dragonians (a race of humans who live underwater). She's able to control the water tide, causing it to rise or recede whenever desires and help Chibiterasu during some of his underwater expeditions.
