The "bonkers ambulance chaser" friend of Tommy Vercetti and lawyer to the Forelli Family. In 1992 he moved to Las Venturas and managed casinos for the three families. His character and appearance are based on David Kleinfeld, portrayed by Sean Penn in the movie Carlito's Way.
Tommy Vercetti is a former member of the Forelli family and founder of the Vercetti crime family in Vice City. He is voiced by actor Ray Liotta.
