Ashita no Joe Densetsu (loosely translated to "Joe of Tomorrow Legends", also known as Legend of Success Joe in the unreleased localization) is a belt-scrolling beat-'em-up and boxing game developed by Wave and released by SNK for arcades (running Neo Geo MVS hardware) and Neo Geo AES, both exclusively in Japan, on August 30, 1991.

The second game based on the Ashita no Joe manga and anime series (after the studio's earlier over-the-shoulder arcade boxing game Ashita no Joe), Densetsu tells the story of bantamweight boxer Joe Yabuki as he climbs up the boxing ladder while beating up hooligans behind-the-scenes. It uses a unique control scheme combining the movement of beat-'em-ups with boxing techniques.

Some of the game's mechanics were later used in Wave's 1992 side-scrolling adaptation for the Super Famicom (titled Ashita no Joe).
