As executive producer of The Sims 2, the fastest selling PC game of all time, Lucy Bradshaw oversaw the overall game design and played a major role in its unprecedented success. She encourages people to express creativity and enables ownership to the teams. Her experience at Activision, LucasArts, and Electronic Arts served as a launching pad when she decided to join Maxis after it was acquired by EA in 1997. She originally began working on SimCity 3000 and then worked on The Sims, SimCity 4 and The Sims 2. She also worked hand in hand with Will Wright on Spore as Vice President of Production.
