The year after year Madden franchise would seemingly have to be very addictive. However, this year, the series seemed to have taken a turn for the worst. Madden 12 houses more problems and bugs than improvement and innovation. Reviewing Madden every year must become quite a tedious task. I mean the NFL itself usually doesn't change enough to bat an eye at nor does the technology both regarding software and hardware that creates these games. That said I feel that Madden and other sports games need to have something of their own rating criteria. You cannot realistically expect an entirely fresh experience on a yearly basis with no new hardware and sports that continue to follow long standing traditions.Essentially if yo...

I've been really tolerant of Madden games for a long while. However, I think even I am about to join the naysayers. Madden is not quite Tony Hawk, but at this point, the changes are so minimal that I do not get the point of it coming out every year any longer. I hear, every season, that these changes in AI will make it a different type of game. I haven't noticed it. They make last year's money plays a little less effective, but counters are still insanely effective as are short slant routes. Ch...

well this one didn't have no extra point,step backwards from the worst point of veiw,this one was horridable actully was which is depressing.still the worst one,nothing great about this one,sucks as the 13 and 25,15 or 16 ruined the game series afterwards....

This game is the same Madden they put out last year except with less polish. The audio commentary sends the series backward in time with obvious errors such as calling the Tennessee Titans the New York Titans. Also the commentary repeats the same phrases to a point where they game is better muted. Consumers expect better quality control than what EA has shoved out the door. This year's game has made gameplay tweaks to make the game more refined. Notably the Gameflow system has been tweaks to make it a viable option after the terrible introduction last year. The presentation has been much improved, but the lack of a real halftime or postgame show stands out because the improved the visual presentation so much.
