Afterlife, it's got different rooms and stuff like a real nightclub.

I mean, seriously. The whole place has got a great vibe and atmopshere around it; and its expansive compare to the rest of the nightclubs.

I like Eternity, seems like a nice play to chill, there's an upstairs which you can't get to though =(

Afterlife, tolerable music, and Aria.

Not surprising to see Afterlife run away with it. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the spat with the bartender was great. Aria puts the cherry on top of it all, obviously.

Afterlife, it has a dangerous Asari queen at it's helm.

I noticed that all of the male patrons within the Mass Effect 2 clubs seem to do the "Shepard Shuffle", but the females are very animated on the dance floor.  I'm not just talking about the Asari exotic dancers, either.  Anyway, my female Shepard being stuck with the "Shepard Shuffle" is embarrassing.  Some new dance animations is something Bioware could add via Cerbrerus for free.  It's not something I'd pay for, but it would make me happier.  Maybe turn it into a quest where Shepard and another teammate are in a dance contest against a crook who is shaking down the other contestants or something like that.  
 
The answer is Afterlife.  Chora's Den was a dump by comparison.

Wasn't there another one you see during Thanes loyalty mission? I-Nova or something.
 
Edit: Yeah it was, wanted to go and show off my moves but wouldn't let you backtrack.

There were a few more clubs mentioned in the Mass Effect universe, I think I included every nightclub you could step foot in though.

Afterlife.  No other video game night club caused memories (good & bad) of my own clubbing/party experiences to flood back so readily.

Afterlife has friggin Carrie-Anne Moss running things, it doesn't get any better than that.
